By accessing or using EZLife (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) About EZLife
EZLife is an all-in-one hub designed to make life easier by bringing together information and tools such as:
-
venues and nightlife discovery, restaurants, and service listings (e.g., taxi and visa services);
-
jobs listings and job posts;
-
property listings (including information supplied by agents and third-party sources);
-
curated news feeds and influencer/video feeds (including via APIs and RSS);
-
optional member-only features such as loyalty rewards, Dating, job applications (where available), and “My Golf”.
EZLife may show information supplied by users, venues, agencies, providers, partners, or third parties. We do not guarantee that content is always accurate, complete, or up to date.
2) Eligibility and age rules

Dating: strictly 18+ only. By accessing Dating, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
-
Other sections: may be used by any age unless a specific page states otherwise. Some nightlife content may be intended for mature audiences.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe you are not eligible or are misusing the Service.
3) Accounts and sign-in (Wix Members)
Creating an account is optional for browsing most public content. However, sign-in is required to access certain features (for example: loyalty rewards, Dating, “My Golf”, job posting tools, and other advanced functionality).
EZLife uses Wix Members authentication (including options such as Google sign-in).

We do not create separate passwords and we do not have access to your password.

You can manage your display name and profile via the “Profile” area.

Your email address is not intended to be shown publicly.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
4) User-generated content (UGC) and submissions
Users, venues, agencies, and service providers may submit content including (without limitation):
-
venue information, images, offers, and details;
-
service provider information (including taxi and visa services);
-
job posts and job-related content;
-
property information (including via agent feeds or third-party sources).
4.1 Your responsibilities
By submitting content, you confirm that:
-
the information is truthful, accurate, and not misleading;
-
you have the legal right to provide and publish it (including images/logos/text);
-
it does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law;
-
it is not spam, malware, or harmful content.
4.2 Prohibited content
You must not submit content that includes:
-
false or misleading information (e.g., fake prices, fake venue details, fake service details, impersonation, scams);
-
illegal content, threats, harassment, hate, or abusive content;
-
explicit/sexual images or text in venue/service listings;
-
content designed to deceive users or manipulate rankings.
5) Removal, suspension, and subscription cancellation (no warning)
EZLife may remove content and/or suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without warning if we believe content:
-
is misleading, false, fraudulent, harmful, illegal, or violates these Terms; or
-
creates risk to users, EZLife, or third parties.
If you have a paid subscription and violate these Terms:
-
your subscription may be cancelled, your access removed, and your content delisted; and
-
no refund will be provided (except where required by law).
6) Subscriptions, billing, and one-off purchases
EZLife offers paid subscriptions for certain categories (for example venues, service providers, agencies). Subscriptions may be weekly (e.g., Jobs-related) or monthly/annual, and typically auto-renew unless cancelled.
EZLife may also offer one-off purchases, including 1-week job postings.
6.1 Payments
Payments are processed via Wix Payments and/or Wix-supported payment providers.
6.2 Auto-renew and cancellation

Subscriptions may auto-renew until cancelled.

You can cancel auto-renew in your account/billing settings.
-
Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the paid period depending on Wix billing behaviour.
6.3 No refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, including subscriptions and one-off purchases, except where required by applicable law.
7) Affiliate disclosure (Hotels & Flights — Trip.com)
EZLife Hotel & Flights participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases or bookings made through our links. Prices and availability are provided by our partners and are subject to change without notice.
Currently, the affiliate partner is Trip.com. All bookings, payments, customer service, cancellations, and disputes related to travel bookings occur on Trip.com (or the relevant partner site) and are governed by their terms and policies.
8) Third-party content, feeds, and links
EZLife may show or link to third-party content such as news via RSS/APIs, influencer/video feeds (including YouTube), maps, and partner websites.

Third-party content is provided for convenience and informational purposes.

We do not control or guarantee third-party content, availability, or accuracy.

Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
9) Safety and “use at your own risk” disclaimer
EZLife helps users discover places and services. You acknowledge that:
-
venue rules, opening hours, prices, entry requirements, and availability can change without notice;
-
you should verify critical details directly with venues/providers/partners;
-
you are responsible for your decisions and safety when visiting venues or using third-party services.
10) Intellectual property
All EZLife branding, site design, layout, and original content are owned by EZLife or licensed to EZLife. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit the Service or content without permission.
By submitting content to EZLife, you grant EZLife a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You can request removal, but we may retain certain records where necessary for legal, security, or dispute reasons.
11) Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law:
-
the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”;
-
EZLife is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on user-generated or third-party content, listings, feeds, prices, availability, or external services;
-
EZLife is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13) Privacy and cookies
Your use of EZLife is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes shall be handled in Thailand, unless mandatory legal rules require otherwise.

PRIVACY POLICY (EZLife)

EZLife respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.
1) Information we collect
1.1 Account data (Wix Members)
If you sign in, Wix Members provides us access to basic account information required to operate the Service, such as:

email address (used for account access);

account identifiers;
-
profile display name (you can edit this).
We do not have access to your password.
1.2 Dating section (18+ only)
If you use Dating (requires sign-in), we may collect and display information you provide, such as:

display name;
-
profile details you submit (e.g., bio, preferences, photos);
-
messages sent within Dating.
1.3 Optional location (blurred GPS)
If you opt in to GPS/location features:

we store an approximate/blurred location (about a ~1 km square) to protect privacy;
-
we do not intend to store or display precise coordinates as a public feature.
1.4 User-generated content (UGC)
If you submit listings or content (venues/services/jobs/property), we collect:

the details you submit (text, images, and any other provided info).
1.5 Technical data
We may collect technical information for security and performance, such as:

device/browser type;
-
basic logs and error reports;
-
session and security identifiers (including essential cookies).
2) How we use your information
We use data to:

operate EZLife and deliver requested features;
-
authenticate users and maintain account sessions;
-
enable Dating features including messaging and safety controls;
-
display submitted listings and profiles;
-
support optional location-based features using blurred location (only if you opt in);
-
prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and security threats;
-
maintain and improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
3) Sharing of information
EZLife does not sell your personal information and does not share your data for third-party marketing.
We may share limited information only with:

Wix (hosting, authentication, platform services);
-
payment providers used by Wix Payments to process transactions;
-
Trip.com when you click travel affiliate links and use their site (their policies apply on their site);
-
legal authorities if required by law, or to protect safety and rights.
4) Email and marketing
EZLife does not run marketing newsletters and does not send spam emails.
Service-related emails (e.g., login or purchase receipts) may occur via Wix systems.
5) Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed to run the Service:
-
account data: while your account is active (and as needed for security/legal reasons);
-
Dating content/messages: while accounts are active or as needed for safety and dispute handling;
-
submitted listings/content: until removed or delisted, unless retention is needed for legal/security reasons;
-
payment records: as required by financial and platform requirements.
6) Your choices and rights
You can:
-
update profile details (including display name) within your account/profile;
-
choose whether to enable GPS/location features;
-
request account/data help by contacting ezlifepattaya@gmail.com.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests.
7) Security
We use Wix platform security features and take reasonable steps to protect data. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
8) Children
Dating is 18+ only. Other areas may be used by general audiences. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children for Dating. If you believe a minor is using Dating, contact us.
9) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The newest version will be posted on the site with the updated effective date.
COOKIE POLICY (EZLife)

1) What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites function and remember preferences.
2) Cookies used by EZLife
2.1 Essential Wix cookies
Because EZLife is built on Wix, Wix may set essential cookies needed for:

security and fraud prevention;

core site performance and reliability.
These essential cookies are required for the site to work properly.
2.2 Trip.com affiliate cookies
When you click EZLife Hotel & Flights links to Trip.com, Trip.com (and/or its affiliate tracking partners) may set cookies to:

track that your booking originated from our affiliate link; and

attribute commissions.
We do not control Trip.com cookies. Their cookie and privacy policies apply once you are on their site.
3) No ad tracking intention
EZLife does not aim to run advertising tracking or marketing pixels. If this changes, we will update this Cookie Policy and provide any required controls.
4) How to manage cookies
You can manage cookies through your browser settings (block/delete/limit cookies). Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or break some features.

EZLife allows user and business submissions. To protect users and trust, we enforce these rules:
What you must not submit

misleading or false information (including fake prices, fake claims, fake locations, impersonation);
-
scams, spam, or attempts to redirect users to harmful sites;
-
hateful, harassing, or abusive content;
-
explicit/sexual images or explicit sexual text in venue/service submissions;
-
illegal content.
Enforcement
Content may be removed immediately without warning. Accounts may be suspended or terminated. Paid subscriptions may be cancelled for violations with no refund (except where required by law).
